NO-GI JIU JITSU

In our No Gi class, you’ll experience Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu without the traditional kimono. No Gi is now the main stream exciting grappling style that is currently taking over the world.  This class focuses on techniques suited for a more dynamic and fast-paced environment, emphasizing grips and control using just your opponent’s body. It’s perfect for those who enjoy the challenge of adapting to different holds and positions, and it’s a great way to enhance your agility and technique in a competitive, yet supportive setting.

GI JIU JITSU

Gi Jiu-Jitsu involves wearing the traditional kimono, which introduces a new dimension of techniques involving grips, chokes, and submissions. MMA WRESTLING

MMA SPARRING
